In the coalition agreement, it was agreed that a climate and transit fund of 35 billion euros would be set up for the next ten years. "The Netherlands wants to lead Europe in the fight against global warming. Mission statements by companies are also full of them, beautiful words about becoming more sustainable and greener. But the results are not forthcoming, why is that? If we now put in another 35 billion of our collective money, how can we spend it effectively?
