New insights
For her book, Femke interviewed 15 successful entrepreneurs about their journey to success. During these interviews, Femke gained many new insights. One particular one was, actually one that we already know one that is in fact in all management books, that mindset is such an all determining factor for success.
"Mindset how you think, what you believe, how you manage your emotions. Very specifically, if you want to market your service or product, you can never charge more for your service or product than you believe it's worth. All those mindset elements that make whether or not entrepreneurs are successful," Femke said.
Since the age of 20, Femke has been working on her personal development. Getting to know herself better as a person has had an impact on her success. Who am I, how do I deal with things, how do I react to difficult circumstances were questions she mostly dealt with. "Getting to know myself better and better and seeing my blind spots as well as asking for help from coaches has made me stronger as a person and as a leader."
