FAQ Recruitment

In what ways can I work with your recruitment partners?

We strengthen your People & Culture team in several ways. a) We are your Recruitment Partner: we act as your recruitment team and actively fill your vacancies. At the same time we build a sustainable recruitment foundation and work on different projects depending on your needs. b) Recruitment projects: the recruitment of colleagues is well embedded in your teams or you have your own recruiter, but in the delusion of the day there is little time to set the recruitment foundation properly or expertise is lacking in areas such as employer branding. Then we get to work on projects and are also your sparring partner for recruitment issues or training. Your own team remains responsible for filling vacancies.

Specifically, what does collaboration look like?

We enter into a partnership for a minimum of 6 months. This is the time we need - in addition to filling vacancies - to get the foundation right. We realize that the dynamics of a scale-up can change quickly and move with it. In the unlikely event of a stop on vacancies, a company takeover or an increase in vacancy pressure due to an investment, for example, you can easily scale up or down the subscription. You pay a monthly fee based on the number of vacancies you purchase. Our recruitment partners work at your office for a day or part of a day, or completely remote, depending on the number of vacancies and projects and your needs. Of course, this is always done in consultation with each other.

What happens when my vacancies are filled?

Of course, your vacancies may be filled and your subscription may still be ongoing. The time we do not spend on the vacancies, we are busy building your recruitment foundation. After 6 months we will discuss a new subscription.

Do I have to pay a fee per hire?

No, we do not work with fee percentages but on a subscription basis. We believe in the right people in the right place and a percentage over a recruited candidate does not fit this as far as we are concerned.

Are you a recruitment agency?

No, we are not a recruitment agency. We believe in doing things together, which is one of our core values. We examine together what profile you really need, write a good vacancy text, come up with a recruitment plan so that the vacancy is visible in the places where your potential new employee is. We have a large network and together we can build your talent pool for the future. In addition, we will actively search for candidates, guide the process, sit in on interviews if necessary and provide a stunner of an offer. We are not driven by a fee, but really take the time to make sure you have the right employee in the right place for the long term.
