More effective teams, more sales and less costs all achievable with just a small adjustment. Holding each other accountable, that's all. Then the planned feedback training is also no longer necessary, saves again. How to do that? Business expert and team coach Gytha Heins is our guest at the Werkprofessor to tell us.
Gytha wrote the book "Appealing, Just Do It!" based on five hundred scientific articles and her own research among numerous entrepreneurs. The book is a guide to actually getting to appealing, because it is not that easy in reality.
Why we find it so difficult
"From biology and psychology, it appears that we have some human instincts that stop us from engaging with each other" Gytha explains. We are guided more by fear than awareness and are risk averse. Listen to the whole story in the podcast to understand what this is like in the workplace.
So how we are going to do it anyway
In the podcast, Gytha explains what we will need to make concrete changes. The main tip: "just do it!", it sounds simple, but it's not. Using practical tips on how to learn to be addressed, but also how to be addressed, we are taken towards the ultimate goal: more effective teams, more revenue and less costs.
