The basics
In the 1990s, Sander Klos founded his first company. He sees a company as a collection of processes, data and algorithms. "I soon started to get interested: what makes a company grow fast? What are those processes, what algorithms work, and what is the ultimate systematization you need to anchor that growth?" That, in a nutshell, is the basis of his book "Turbo Profits.
Micro strategies
Sander's first business grew like crazy. He noticed that there were certain successful ingredients that worked great. After successfully selling his first business, he started his second adventure as an entrepreneur. "I took out the successful ingredients again and started applying them again. In a different context, though. Over the years, I added new successful ingredients again. A kind of arsenal of different elements that later came to be called the micro strategies."
