The journey within Realworks
In 2015, Sha took over from its predecessor. Since then, Realworks has taken a giant journey. From an old-school software house where the management consisted of one person to a tech organization with great numbers. Realworks has grown from 40 to 100 employees, from 0 women to 21 women, and from 1 nationality to 21 nationalities. "The best thing we have done is gone from 9 managers to 0 managers. We made sure that the 14 teams we have now are completely self-managing." said the CEO of Realworks.
