"If you have a very good website but you don't market it then you have no effect. If you have a very nice e-mail campaign but your landing pages are not good, then you don't convert either. According to the entrepreneur, there is a big difference between the generations. For example, Roderik explains that his father thinks it is important that he can walk into a store and that the staff is friendly.
